Flora Al Barsha Hotel At The Mall

I truly appreciated my stay there from the moment I stepped with very friendly and helpful staff. And this throughout. What I really enjoyed was the very spacious bedroom, ideal to work from it, the breakfast was excellent with very diverse offerings and choices, the overall cleanliness and last but not least, the very comfortable bed to recharge after long days of work in the city. Ideally located, it’s a short walk from the metro to move around easily but more importantly, it’s right opposite Mall of the Emirates which is very convenient for various needs. Lastly, thanks to the staff who made my stay smooth, Abid, Sahil, Reetu and Khaled!

This is an older hotel, so my expectations (for Dubai) were not great - but I was pleasantly surprised. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable (the bed was amazing) and had everything I needed. It has a kettle with all the makings, bottled water, a mini-bar etc. I was so thankful for the fully black-out curtains (I arrived 5am) and the quiet room (even though I was close to the lifts). I liked this hotel so much I originally booked for 1 stay, but returned a further 2 times during my Dubai stay. The location was perfect, a short 5-min walk to the Mall of the Emirates which has everything you need, including hire-care facilities. The Metro is also in the Mall, making this hotel perfect for getting around Dubai. The hotel staff were really helpful and friendly. And the hotel has an 'in-house' beauty spa (nails, hair and massage) with some absolutely delightful ladies. I didn't use the pool or spa on the roof, but popped up to take a look and if I had time to laze around the pool I probably would have.

There are so many reasons. Checking-in at 2.30 am and still being treated as a valued guest, what more can one ask for? On arrival at the hotel, Mr.Sadhan at the reception desk greeted me warmly and completed the check-in formalities smoothly and efficiently. He then upgraded me and took time to explain the timings of the various services in the hotel. Great service! The room was fantastic and bed was very comfortable. There was a variety of snacks and beverages available in the room. The hotel is a short walk from Mall of the Emirates which is very convenient. Taxis are available 24/7 or one can walk to the Metro station in 5 minutes. There are shops, restaurants and entertainment in the vicinity.

I had a wonderful stay at Flora Hotel, which is perfectly located near Mall of the Emirates. The location is excellent, but what truly makes this hotel stand out is the outstanding service. The housekeeping deserves 5 stars for keeping the room spotless, tidy, and for thoughtfully arranging personal items and refilling amenities daily. I was very impressed by the dedication of the staff. From the moment I arrived, the reception team was extremely friendly and welcoming especially Suddhan, who was very helpful in arranging my room and assisting with an early check-in. The restaurant team was attentive, and the spa provided a great massage experience. I wasn’t expecting such a high level of personalized and caring service, but the staff really made my stay feel comfortable and special. Overall, everything at the hotel was excellent, and I’m very happy with my choice to stay here.

- Location: Conveniently located near Mall of the Emirates. However, the metro station is not immediately close; it takes around a 10-minute walk to reach. - Rooms & Cleanliness: The hotel is clean, and the rooms are spacious and nicely furnished, providing a comfortable stay.
